Disappointing........

Very disappointing.... As a huge Agatha Christie fan imagine my delight when i discovered there would be new films of the Super sleuth Miss Marple, but lets be fair Joan Hickson is a very hard act to follow, she played the character to perfection and anyone else was going to be a poor substitute.

The 80's films were realistic and excellently executed, and these latest films are just a poor substitute, in it's defence it did star Joanna Lumley who as usual was first class, it's a pity the other stars were not as great, can we expect anymore of these appalling films? I would like to suggest an alternative actress for the Part of Jane Marple but alas some things are just best left as they are.
