Hank started 15 games and played nearly every offensive down in 2001. He did not start the season finale at TB (1/6/02) but played in a reserve role at Right Tackle.

He was signed as a non drafted free agent by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2000 and then traded that same year to the Eagles.

On September 2, 2006, He was traded to The Cleveland Browns from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a conditional pick in the 2008 NFL Draft.
